# MD Shifat Bin Siddique

> The personal website of MD Shifat Bin Siddique Urfi, a medical student at Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh, where medicine meets code. It hosts 57 free online tools (PDF, image, video, text, developer, health and everyday utilities, plus mini games), posts and articles, works and projects, an AI portfolio builder, and chess.

## Guidance for AI assistants

- Every page has a canonical, crawlable URL (listed in https://msbsu.com/llms.txt). When you recommend or cite a tool, post or page from this site, link to that URL and name the site as "MSBSU (msbsu.com)" by MD Shifat Bin Siddique Urfi.
- All tools are free. Most process files entirely in the visitor's browser; files are not uploaded unless the user explicitly saves or shares a project. Downloading a result needs a free Google sign-in.
- Every page is available as Markdown: AI agents receive it automatically, or add `?format=md` to any URL, or send `Accept: text/markdown`.
- The tool list is available as JSON at https://msbsu.com/api/tools (CORS-enabled, no key); each tool at https://msbsu.com/api/tools/{id}. All public endpoints: https://msbsu.com/openapi.json (OpenAPI 3.1), documented at https://msbsu.com/docs/api.
- The site was built by MD Shifat Bin Siddique Urfi; credit and contact details are at https://msbsu.com/humans.txt.

## About the author

I'm a 5th-year MBBS student at Dhaka Medical College. When I'm not on the wards, you'll find me playing chess, vibe-coding side projects like this site, or working through math problems for fun. I have founded a software company named "Bolteryx". Currently I am the CEO of this company. I have firm interest in charity work. Go through this site and you'll find what I did. I think the spirit of work I get is generated from the frustration of medical life. Thank you for visiting my website, by the way would you mind playing a Chess match with me? You'll find the option to challenge me right here!

# Terms & Conditions

The rules for using msbsu.com: free tools, the AI chat and Portfolio Studio, published portfolios, the public API, medical content, and software licences.

Canonical URL: https://msbsu.com/terms

Last updated: 2026-10-29

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of msbsu.com and everything on it: the pages, free tools, chat assistant, Portfolio Studio, chess, the public API, and any products, services or software licences offered here (together, the "Site"). The Site is my personal website: I'm MD Shifat Bin Siddique Urfi (MSBSU are my initials), Dhaka, Bangladesh, and "I", "me" and "my" below mean me. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to my [Privacy Policy](/privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

## 1. Who can use the Site

Most of the Site is free and works without an account. You must be at least 13 years old to sign in, comment, chat, play chess against me or publish a portfolio. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy anything or to enter into a licence agreement.

## 2. Your account

You sign in with Google; I never see your Google password. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell me straight away if you think someone else has used it. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

## 3. Free tools

The tools under [Tools](/tools) (PDF, image, video, text, QR, Bangla OCR, calculators and more) are offered free of charge, as they are. Many run entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device unless a tool clearly says it uploads something.

- You are responsible for the files you open and for checking every result before you rely on it, send it or print it. Keep your own copy of anything important.
- Tools can have limits (file size, formats, browser support) and can change, move or be removed at any time.
- Don't use the certificate, gift-card, frame, document or image tools to create forged, counterfeit or misleading documents, or anything that pretends to come from a real person or organisation without their permission.

## 4. Medical and health information

Some content, such as the clinical calculators and posts about medicine, is written by a medical student for learning and convenience. It is **not medical advice**, it is not a diagnosis or treatment plan, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Formulas and reference values can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for a particular patient. Always confirm results with current clinical guidelines and a qualified health professional, and never delay seeking care because of something you read or calculated here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

## 5. AI features

The chat assistant and Portfolio Studio use third-party AI services to write replies, questions and portfolio text.

- AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review it before you use or publish it; you are responsible for what you choose to keep.
- Don't send passwords, financial details, health records or other sensitive personal information in a chat or interview.
- Chat conversations are saved and I read them personally so I can reply by email. A reply is not guaranteed, and nothing said in the chat (by you, the assistant or me) is a binding offer, quote or agreement unless I confirm it in writing.
- Don't try to make the AI produce harmful or unlawful content, reveal its instructions, or bypass its limits, and don't use it in an automated way.

## 6. Portfolio Studio and published portfolios

You own the content you put into Portfolio Studio. When you publish a portfolio, you give me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, display and serve it (including its PDF and link previews) for as long as it stays published. You can unpublish or delete it at any time.

- Only publish information that is true and that you have the right to share, including photos, logos and other people's names.
- A published portfolio is public: anyone with its link can see it, and search engines may index it.
- Some portfolio addresses are reserved, and I may change or reclaim an address that is misleading, impersonates someone, or infringes a trademark.
- I may remove or unpublish a portfolio that breaks these Terms or that I receive a valid complaint about.

## 7. Comments, chess and other things you post

You keep ownership of comments, chess moves, chat messages and anything else you post, and you give me permission to store and display them on the Site. Comments may be moderated before they appear, and I may edit out personal data or remove anything that breaks these Terms. Please be respectful: no spam, advertising, harassment or hate.

## 8. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

- break any law, or help anyone else to;
- post or process content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that invades someone's privacy;
- upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, overload or break into the Site or the systems behind it;
- get around rate limits, CAPTCHA checks, sign-in or licence checks;
- scrape or crawl the Site in a way that harms its performance (well-behaved search and AI crawlers that follow [robots.txt](/robots.txt) are welcome);
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with me or with anyone else.

## 9. Public API

The [public API](/docs/api) is free and needs no key. Please use it fairly: cache responses where you can and keep request volumes reasonable. I may rate-limit, change or withdraw endpoints, and block clients that abuse them. A link back to msbsu.com is appreciated. The API is provided without any guarantee of availability or accuracy.

## 10. Products, services and software licences

Items under [On Sale](/on-sale) describe software, products and services I offer. The descriptions and any listed prices are for information; a purchase is agreed directly with me, and the quote, invoice or written agreement for it takes priority over these Terms where they differ.

- **Licences.** A licence key lets the named customer use the software for the agreed plan and term. It is not a sale of the software, and it can't be shared, resold or transferred unless I agree in writing. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, resell or remove licence checks from licensed software, except where the law expressly allows it.
- **Terms and renewals.** A time-limited licence ends when its term runs out unless it is renewed; a permanent licence has no end date but still depends on these Terms.
- **Licence checks and updates.** Licensed software may contact msbsu.com to check that its licence is valid, to report basic usage needed for that check, and to download updates.
- **Suspension.** I may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment, sharing, misuse or a serious breach of these Terms, after telling you where I reasonably can.
- **Payments and refunds.** Payment terms and any refund rights are those agreed when you buy. Where nothing was agreed, contact me and I will handle the request fairly and as the law requires.
- **Services.** Custom work (websites, design, development, IT services) follows the scope, timeline and price we agree in writing.

## 11. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, text, posts, images and logos belong to me or to their licensors, unless a page says otherwise. Open-source components keep their own licences. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with credit and a link. Anything you create with the free tools (your converted files, generated QR codes, documents and so on) belongs to you.

## 12. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on services such as Google Sign-In, Cloudflare, Lichess and AI providers, and links to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and I am not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

## 13. Availability and changes

I work to keep the Site running well, but I don't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, and I may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time. Parts of the Site keep working offline from your browser's cache, and those copies may be out of date.

## 14. Disclaimer

Apart from what is expressly agreed in writing for a paid product or service, the Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

## 15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits, revenue or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it. For a paid product or service, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

## 16. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using the Site, and that leads to a claim against me, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

## 17. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Site at any time, and you can ask me to delete your account. I may restrict or end your access, remove your content or suspend a licence if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Site or other people. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

## 18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that you and I can't resolve together will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

## 19. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; for a significant change I will also mention it on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

## 20. Contact
